The article is very well done, as usual by AVFC. One complaint -- after doing all that research, it might help to give one recommendation on a supplement. You're clear that eating a healthy diet is the best way to get Mag., but is there a certain pill you can pop that stands out? There are literally hundreds of different supps on the market. I started taking Mag. Breakthrough just because I saw JP Sears endorse it, but is that the best?
