Agree ... sense is nowhere to be found. Fruit juice for diabetics is an instant blood sugar spike, and I'm sure it was concentrated. Now if your husband's meal was organic, pasture-raised, no nitrites/nitrates or antibiotics, and the "naturally-occurring" celery powder was organic too, it might actually make sense. Of course this perspective challenges outdated fat myths concerning cholesterol and risk of heart disease.
